16-Camera Live Production for TikTok TikiTaka Show
Master Clip
Live production for TikTok’s TikiTaka Show via Master Clip, connecting 16 camera inputs and switching in real time to the main director’s cues.
On-site technical production for Netflix’s color-grading seminar via Frame Zero: projection, four stage TVs, signal routing, and audio-feedback risk.
This was an on-site technical-production project for Netflix’s real-time color-grading seminar, held in June 2026. MotionSense supported technical-system setup and operation through Frame Zero, the contractual client. Technical-system setup and a full rehearsal preceded the in-person seminar. Real-time color grading refers to the seminar topic; the project did not include online broadcasting.
MotionSense supported on-site AV-system setup and operation from rehearsal through the main program. We connected the main projection, front-of-stage displays, presentation, demonstration and camera inputs, and the on-site audio environment into a coordinated run-of-show workflow.
Alongside presentation content on the main projector, the four TVs positioned at the front of the stage required source routing and switching in line with program cues. MotionSense separated the operating paths for the presentation projection and front-of-stage displays, supporting video operations as presentation, demonstration, and on-site visuals changed.
Presenters wearing lavalier microphones moved in front of the loudspeakers, creating a risk of acoustic feedback. MotionSense continuously monitored presenter position and the on-site audio environment throughout rehearsal and the main program to manage that risk.
