Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.

Video Production and Related Services

  • Concluding and fulfilling contracts with clients and managing projects
  • Carrying out production processes including planning, filming, editing, and delivery
  • Casting video performers, filming, and managing portrait rights
  • Managing project personnel information and work communications
  • Using completed video works for portfolio or promotional purposes

Event Planning, Management, and Related Services

  • Receiving event participation applications and managing attendees
  • Delivering event notices, announcements, and responding to inquiries
  • On-site event operations and safety management
  • Collecting event-related surveys and feedback
  • Processing event participation fees and settlements

Website Operations and Customer Management

  • Confirming membership registration intent, member identification and authentication
  • Service-related notices, notifications, and inquiry responses
  • Preventing fraudulent use of services

Marketing and Advertising

  • Developing new services and providing customized services
  • Providing event information and participation opportunities
  • Sending newsletters and other promotional communications

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

(1) The Company processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon by the data subject or as required by law.

(2) The main processing and retention periods are as follows.

Video Production-Related Information

  • Retained after contract termination for dispute resolution, then destroyed
  • Video performer personal information: Until consent is withdrawn or the retention period specified in the consent form expires
  • Completed video works: May be permanently preserved within the scope of the contract and consent

Event Participant Information

  • Retained after the event concludes and cost settlement is complete, then destroyed

Website Member Information

  • Retained until membership withdrawal
  • If legal proceedings are in progress: Until the relevant matter is resolved
  • If outstanding credit/debt relationships exist: Until settlement is completed

Legal Compliance

  • Records of advertising and promotions: 6 months
  • Records of contracts, withdrawal of offers, payments, and supply: 5 years
  • Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years
  • Communication fact confirmation data: 3 months

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

(1) The Company processes personal information only within the scope of its stated purposes and provides it to third parties only in cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act, including consent and special legal provisions.

(2) Third-party recipients include:

  • Clients — For contract fulfillment purposes, until contract termination
  • Event co-hosts/sponsors — For event operations, with separate consent
  • Online video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) — When publishing video content
  • Event operations partners — Until event completion
  • Government/investigative agencies — When required by law or for investigation cooperation

(3) When providing personal information to third parties, data subjects are advised to separately review the privacy policies of the receiving parties.

Article 4 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)

(1) The Company may entrust personal information processing to external specialized companies as follows.

  • Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP): Data storage and management
  • Event registration/management platforms (Eventus): Participant management systems
  • Email/SMS sending services: Message delivery
  • Payment gateway (PG) companies: Online payment processing
  • Video editing/post-production companies: Video editing and post-production work

(2) When entering entrustment contracts, the Company specifies and supervises prohibitions on processing personal information beyond the entrusted purpose, and technical and administrative protection measures in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

(3) Any changes in the scope of entrusted work or the entrusted party will be disclosed without delay.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

(1) Data subjects may exercise the following rights.

  • Request to access personal information
  • Request to correct errors
  • Request for deletion
  • Request to suspend processing

(2) Rights can be exercised through written request, phone, email, or FAX.

(3) Due to the technical nature of video data, it may not be possible to completely delete or modify specific individuals' appearances. In such cases, we will inform you of available measures and limitations.

(4) Legal representatives or authorized agents may exercise these rights, in which case a power of attorney as specified in the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Rules must be submitted.

(5) When processing personal information of children under 14, separate consent from a legal guardian is obtained, and the legal guardian may exercise these rights.

Article 6 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)

Client Information

  • Company name, business registration number, representative name, department, position, office phone, mobile phone, email address, contract-related information

Video Performer Information

  • Name, contact information, email address, photos/videos/audio files containing likeness and voice, contract and consent form details, body measurements (if needed), bank account information (for talent fees)

Event Participant Information (Required)

  • Name, mobile phone number, email address

Event Participant Information (Optional)

  • Organization, position, department, office phone, address, areas of interest, pre-event questions, etc.

Website User Information (Required)

  • Name, user ID, password, email address, phone number

Automatically Generated Information

  • IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, visit records, etc.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)

(1) The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer needed due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

(2) Personal information subject to mandatory retention is transferred to a separate database or stored in a different location.

(3) Methods of destruction:

  • Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that prevent reproduction (low-level formatting, overwriting, etc.)
  • Large video files: Completely deleted and made inaccessible
  • Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated

Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)

Administrative Measures

  • Establishment and implementation of internal management plans
  • Minimizing and regularly training personnel who handle personal information
  • Conducting regular internal audits

Technical Measures

  • Access control and differentiated authorization for personal information processing systems
  • Encryption of key personal information such as passwords
  • Security measures for storing and transmitting large video data
  • Installation and periodic updates/inspections of security software

Physical Measures

  • Access control for server rooms, document storage rooms, and other locations where personal information is stored

Article 9 (Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies)

(1) The Company may use cookies to provide customized services to users.

(2) How to refuse cookies: You can refuse cookie storage through your web browser settings > Privacy menu. However, refusing cookies may cause difficulties in using some customized services.

Article 13 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
