How long does video production typically take?

It depends on the video type. Event sketch videos take 1–2 weeks after filming. Corporate promotional videos take 4–6 weeks from planning to delivery. Motion graphics or larger-scale productions may take 6–8 weeks. For urgent projects, we can discuss timeline acceleration.

Can you produce a video even without a reference?

Yes, absolutely. Just let us know the video's purpose, target audience, and the message you want to convey, and we'll propose the concept from scratch. We establish the creative direction together during the initial meeting, so not having references is no problem at all.

Do you also arrange filming locations?

Yes, we handle location scouting, arrangement, and on-site surveys. If studio filming is needed, we'll recommend suitable studios and handle the booking on your behalf.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions on the edited draft are included as standard. If additional revisions are needed, we accommodate them at a reasonable cost. The clearer your revision directions, the faster and more accurate the final product will be.

Is there anything we need to prepare on our end for filming day?

MOTIONSENSE provides all necessary equipment and crew for the shoot. For interview filming, we just ask that interviewees are briefed in advance. For in-office filming, building access approval is typically all that's needed. We'll share a checklist during the pre-production meeting.

What format are the deliverables?

Files are delivered in MP4 (H.264) format at Full HD (1080p) or 4K resolution. We also provide resized versions optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and internal use. ProRes or other high-quality formats are available upon request.
