Overview

MOTIONSENSE delivered full planning and production for 2025 KAIST E5 Demo Day, continuing a long-running partnership with KAIST. The project was built as a true one-stop production, with branding, fabrication, video, and on-site operations handled in-house from initial concept through live execution.

Event Highlights

The event was centered on a unified key visual strategy that carried across the stage, booths, participant materials, goods, and on-site media. The result was a startup event that felt visually consistent and professionally staged at every touchpoint.

Event Planning and Production Management

We managed the full production timeline, from early-stage planning through fabrication, installation, and final show execution.

Branding and Spatial Design

We developed the key visual system and extended it across the stage, photo areas, booths, printed materials, and branded goods.

Video and Motion Assets

We produced supporting video content including pre-event visuals and looping video assets for the venue.

On-Site Technical Operations

We ran the sound, lighting, LED, teleprompter, registration, and voting systems required to support the full live event experience.
