2026 KAIST OverEdge Launch Event Planning and Management

Event Overview

The KAIST OverEdge launch event took place on July 2, 2026, at the KAIST main campus auditorium. Marking the start of an AI Agent program for solo founders, the event featured a vision declaration, membership certificate presentation, a VR drawing performance, and participant networking. MOTIONSENSE handled the program information session and supported recruitment and evaluation operations before planning and managing the launch event.

Our Role

Website & Recruitment

We developed and managed the program website, organizing recruitment notices, eligibility requirements, application guidance, and FAQs. We managed recruitment content and Meta advertising, and connected the website to the online application process.

Applicant & Evaluation Operations

We operated the program information session and managed online application intake, submission collection, review-material preparation, and evaluation-sheet consolidation. For Zoom interviews, we supported scheduling and interview order, participant guidance, waiting and interview rooms, and timekeeping.

Launch Event Planning & Onsite Operations

We developed the run-of-show and cue sheet, and managed onsite staff, registration and check-in, VIP protocol, and participant flow. We adapted client-provided brand assets for stage visuals, banners, name badges, and other event materials. We coordinated LED, sound, lighting, and video cues to connect the vision declaration and certificate presentation.

Participant Experience & Documentation

We created an interactive certificate experience that let participants access personalized digital membership certificates via QR codes, and coordinated the VR performance and networking program. Opening, ceremony, and certificate-presentation videos supported the event program, while a highlight film and event photography documented the occasion.
