2026 SNU × KAIST Founders Day

Overview

MOTIONSENSE managed 2026 SNU × KAIST Founders Day, a two-day networking retreat hosted by the SNU Entrepreneurship Center and KAIST on January 22–23, 2026, at Ananti Resort. The program was designed to bring together founders, operators, and startup ecosystem leaders from both institutions in a more relaxed, relationship-driven setting.

Event Highlights

Rather than operating as a traditional conference, Founders Day was designed as a community-building retreat. The program combined keynote talks, roundtable discussion sessions, interactive event zones, and networking activities across multiple spaces over two days.

What MOTIONSENSE Delivered

Full Retreat Planning and Operations

We managed the overall event structure, participant experience, registration flow, souvenir distribution, and on-site coordination across the venue.

Venue and Session Setup

We configured the banquet hall for keynote sessions and roundtable discussions, and supported the wider venue with information displays, discussion materials, and networking-ready table layouts.

Branding and Event Collateral

We designed and produced the visual system for the event, including the main photo wall, name badges, signage, display materials, and branded touchpoints throughout the resort.

Interactive Engagement Zones

We planned and operated activity areas such as the message board and event zones, helping participants engage more naturally beyond formal sessions.
