KAIST startup demo day featuring investor-facing pitches, judge panels, branded materials, and interactive community elements at the KAIST Startup Center.
MOTIONSENSE provided full event management for 2025 KAIST E5 Demo Day, held on December 5, 2025, at the KAIST Startup Center. The event served as an investor-facing showcase for KAIST-affiliated startups and combined formal pitch sessions with brand-led audience engagement.
The program featured startup IR presentations, judge evaluation panels, networking, and an interactive message-wall photo zone that added a more personal, community-oriented layer to the event.
We managed the overall event flow, participant coordination, registration operations, and on-site logistics throughout the program.
We designed and produced the event’s core visual materials, including the main backdrop, entrance banners, judge materials, name badges, signage, and supporting print assets.
We created a message-wall photo area where participants could leave notes of encouragement for the startups, helping extend the event beyond the formal pitch format.
We configured the presentation environment with judge seating, timer monitors, and stage elements designed specifically for demo day delivery.
