2025 GS Group Hackathon

Overview

MOTIONSENSE partnered with GS Group to produce its 2025 internal hackathon, the largest edition of the program to date. With 837 participants across 256 teams, including 428 on-site attendees, the event required large-scale coordination, clear spatial design, and a brand identity strong enough to unify a highly active, multi-day environment.

Event Highlights

This project combined operations, environmental design, and content production into one cohesive experience. Working in collaboration with 52g, we built the event around a generative AI-inspired visual concept that carried across signage, participant areas, stage branding, and venue graphics.

What MOTIONSENSE Delivered

Large-Scale Event Operations

We supported registration, check-in, participant flow, and on-site coordination for a high-volume internal program with multiple teams and activity zones.

Branding and Spatial Experience

We developed and applied a generative AI-inspired visual system across banners, desk areas, signage, and branded installations, helping the hackathon feel contemporary and immersive.

Venue and Workspace Setup

We helped organize the main hall, hack zones, and rest areas so participants could move efficiently between collaboration, presentation, and downtime.

Content Production

We produced event recap content including highlight video, on-site photography, and looping visuals for venue screens.
