2024 KAIST Bio Symposium Planning & Production

Overview

MOTIONSENSE produced the 2024 KAIST Bio Symposium, an international academic event that brought together overseas speakers and local attendees in a fully supported conference environment. The project required multilingual readiness, technical reliability, and careful coordination across both speaker experience and on-site operations.

Event Highlights

The symposium combined live sessions, simultaneous interpretation, online streaming, and post-event documentation. Our role was to build an environment where speakers, attendees, and organizers could focus on the content without being distracted by operational complexity.

What MOTIONSENSE Delivered

Event Planning and International Speaker Support

We coordinated key event logistics and supported overseas speakers with travel-related planning and on-the-ground production assistance.

Simultaneous Interpretation Setup

We installed and managed interpretation infrastructure to support a smooth multilingual experience for attendees.

Live Event Production

We handled lighting, sound, LED, and live-streaming operations to ensure the symposium ran cleanly for both in-person and remote audiences.

Post-Event Content and Archiving

We produced photography and an event highlight video so the event could continue to serve institutional and promotional needs after the live program ended.
