Hybrid event production for the 2025 KAIST KSTP Forum, including planning, Zoom streaming, AV operations, registration, and post-event highlight video delivery.
MOTIONSENSE produced the 2025 KAIST KSTP Forum, held on February 27, 2025, at Gangnam Creative Startup Hub Center B2. The event ran in a hybrid format via Zoom, and our team handled planning, operations, technical setup, and post-event content production as one integrated workflow.
This project was planned with the final deliverables in mind from the start. That meant the event’s on-site design, technical direction, and content capture were all built to support both the live experience and the final highlight video.
We managed event flow, registration, participant materials, and overall program coordination on site.
We operated the Zoom live stream, timer monitors, and sound system so both in-person and remote attendees could follow the program clearly.
We captured the event on site and delivered a polished event highlight video and supporting photography for post-event use.
We applied a consistent visual system across operational materials and on-screen assets, helping the event feel coherent from arrival through final recap.
