Overview

MOTIONSENSE produced the 2024 KAIST KSTP Forum, combining event planning, branding, live streaming, and post-event content production in one integrated project. The event stood out for its bold visual direction and interactive audience experience.

Event Highlights

Built around a striking Tekken-inspired key visual, the forum paired strong brand presence with hybrid participation. The event also incorporated a mobile voting system, giving attendees a more active role in the program.

Planning and Visual Direction

We developed the event’s creative direction and applied the key visual across event materials and on-screen assets.

Hybrid Event Production

We supported the live event environment with YouTube streaming, LED operation, and technical coordination for both in-person and online audiences.
