2025 SNU BIG Scale-up Demo Day

Overview

MOTIONSENSE managed full event production for 2025 SNU BIG Scale-up Demo Day, hosted by the Seoul National University Entrepreneurship Center. The event featured 20 startups selected from 147 applicants and highlighted companies with more than KRW 10.1 billion in cumulative investment.

Event Highlights

This was a high-visibility startup showcase built around investor-facing presentations, startup exhibition areas, and post-session networking. The event needed to feel credible, well-branded, and operationally tight at every touchpoint.

What MOTIONSENSE Delivered

Full Event Planning and On-Site Management

We oversaw the overall event structure, registration, guest flow, program timing, and execution from opening to closing.

Branding and Visual Communication

We designed and produced banners, roll-up signage, name tags, and other event graphics to create a consistent identity across the venue.

Startup Booth and Exhibition Planning

We planned and installed startup booth areas that supported product visibility and attendee circulation throughout the event.

Photo Wall Production

We created a logo-based photo wall that functioned both as a branding asset and as a natural photo point for startups, organizers, and guests.

Program Hosting Support

We supported MC-led transitions so the event could move smoothly between startup presentations, networking, and other key segments.
