Overview
MOTIONSENSE served as the end-to-end production partner for Sopoong SWITCH Ground Stage, a climate-tech demo day held in Jeollabuk-do on November 26, 2024. The project required strong branding, reliable operations, and high-quality content production in a regional venue setting.
Event Highlights
The event brought together startup showcases, stage sessions, networking, and branded environmental design as part of the broader SWITCH program. Our role was to make the event feel operationally seamless and visually complete from entry to closing.
What MOTIONSENSE Delivered
Event Planning and On-Site Operations
We managed the event flow, participant registration, venue setup, and overall live execution.
Branding and Visual Identity
We developed and applied the key visual system across banners, signage, stage materials, and other branded touchpoints.
Stage and Venue Production
We configured the stage, audience layout, and supporting technical environment to match the tone and needs of a startup-facing demo day.
Content Capture
We produced event highlight video and photo coverage to document the event and extend its value beyond the day itself.
