MOTIONSENSE handled full event management for 2025 SWITCH Ground Stage, a startup demo day hosted by Sopoong Ventures on December 10, 2025. The event brought together startup pitches, keynote content, judge evaluations, and audience-facing brand experiences in a single polished program.

Event Highlights

SWITCH Ground Stage went beyond a standard pitch event. Along with keynote presentations and judging sessions, the program included interactive elements, branded merchandise, printed collateral, and audience engagement touchpoints that made the day feel more immersive and memorable.

Event Planning and Operations

We managed the overall run of show, participant coordination, registration flow, and on-site logistics from opening through closing.

Stage and Technical Setup

We configured the stage, podium, presentation environment, and seating layout to support both pitches and judge evaluation smoothly.

Branding and Event Materials

We designed and produced the event’s visual materials, including brochures, booth maps, registration signage, QR banners, and branded goods such as badges and stickers.

Program Experience Design

We supported audience engagement with interactive event elements and coordinated the flow between keynote sessions, startup pitches, and winner announcements.

MC Coordination
