MOTIONSENSE acted as the full-service production partner for 2024 SWITCH Growth Stage, a two-day startup workshop and IR event hosted by Sopoong Ventures. The project required turning a wedding hall into a credible investor-facing event space while maintaining strong branding, efficient timing, and a polished attendee experience.
From stage design and booth areas to networking spaces and printed materials, the event was built to feel intentional at every step. A tightly managed run of show helped the entire two-day program move cleanly, which led to especially strong feedback on the smoothness of operations.
We built and managed a detailed show flow that kept the multi-session program on time and easy to navigate.
We reworked the venue into an IR-ready stage environment with LED, lighting, and presentation support suited to startup pitches.
We developed and produced banners, photo walls, printed materials, branded goods, and other visual assets tied to the SWITCH identity.
We supported demo booths, guest circulation, dining, and networking spaces so the event worked equally well for formal sessions and informal conversation.
We provided event highlight video and photo coverage to preserve the event and support post-event use.
