MOTIONSENSE managed full production for the 2024 YouTube Partner Summit Korea, an invitation-only event that brought together leading Korean creators and the YouTube global team. The project required international-level execution, bilingual coordination, and a premium guest experience across both formal programming and networking.
The summit combined live sessions, multilingual support, creator-facing hospitality, branded materials, demo areas, and a networking party. Our role was to ensure the event felt polished, global, and aligned with YouTube’s brand standards throughout.
We managed overall planning, on-site coordination, registration, and live execution across the full event program.
We worked in direct communication with YouTube’s U.S. team and supported a production environment that could serve both Korean and international stakeholders smoothly.
We handled live streaming, camera operations, sound, and other technical elements needed to support the session environment.
We supported the networking party, DJ coordination, catering, branded goods, and other premium guest-facing touchpoints that shaped the overall summit experience.
