What happens if there's buffering during the live stream?

MOTIONSENSE uses dual internet lines (wired + bonding device) and backup equipment sets as standard. If the main line encounters issues, it automatically switches to the backup line, and our team monitors in real-time for immediate response. We maintain a record of uninterrupted streaming over 10 years.

Which platforms can you stream to?

We support all major platforms including YouTube Live, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Naver TV, and KakaoTV. We also support embedding on your own website and simultaneous streaming to multiple platforms.

Is streaming possible even without internet at the venue?

Yes. Using a bonding device (combining multiple 4G/5G wireless connections), we can stream reliably even without wired internet. We conduct a site survey beforehand to assess connectivity and propose the optimal solution.

Can you add real-time subtitles or graphics?

Yes, real-time subtitles are available through stenographers or AI software. We can also insert professional broadcast-quality graphics and lower thirds.

Is a rehearsal mandatory?

We recommend at least one technical rehearsal for smooth execution. During the rehearsal, we check camera angles, presenter microphones, broadcast screens, and transition cues. For simpler events, a same-day morning check can suffice.

Can we get a recording of the broadcast?

Yes, recording delivery is included in the base package. Raw recording files are provided within 1–2 days after the event. Edited highlight videos are available as an option within 1–2 weeks.
